IHAF Roundtables: Six Cities, Six Conversations

This month marks the start of our regional roundtable discussion group series, hosted by IHAF member companies in six cities throughout the United States. These networking and learning events are open forums for in-house agencies nationwide to engage in facilitated conversations about the opportunities and challenges in-house agencies face in today’s fast-paced marketplace.

MAY 17: Atlanta Next week, Boston Consulting Group kicks the series off in Atlanta. The in-house design crew at BCG will share details about their org structure, functional expertise, systems and processes, and how they transformed their team (and reputation) into a forward-thinking group of creative experts.

MAY 31: New York Two weeks after that, we’ll be in NYC with Equinox. This award-winning creative powerhouse will walk through the steps they took (and muscles they flexed) to evolve an organization that defies conventions and elevates perceptions of what an internal agency can do.

JUNE 5: San Francisco In early June, we’re headed west to Robert Half International in San Francisco. We’re going behind the scenes with this spirited team to hear how their in-house agency supports internal and external communications across a global enterprise while balancing their mission to “work happy.”

JUNE 14: Chicago Trunk Club is our host in the Windy City, as we land in Chicago the following week. This stylish team will talk about how they built a value proposition for their in-house agency, fashioning a scalable strategy and infrastructure to support the business and the brand.

JUNE 20: Boston We’ll be north of Boston next, with Kronos welcoming us to their brand-new headquarters. Over the past five years, this internal agency has doubled its annual project volume while pumping out award-winning creative. They’re poised to reveal what’s worked (and a bit of what hasn’t) as they tell their story.

JUNE 26: Kansas City Our final stop is Hallmark in Kansas City, where we’ll go inside one of the world’s most trusted companies to learn about their approach to brand marketing, the wire they walk as wholesaler and retailer, and what they do to inspire creativity across their in-house team.

These dynamic, three-hour sessions are sure to deliver insight and inspiration. We hope you join us for one or more as we do what we do best—network, share, learn and enjoy the camaraderie and community of in-house professionals that personifies IHAF. Register for the regional roundtable nearest you!
