Are You Ready to SHIFT?

We’re just four weeks away from the 2018 IHAF Conference, entitled SHIFT—focused on the unexpected changes and unrelenting surges that are redefining the industry. This year’s theme isn’t the only place you’ll experience change, however. We’ve revamped a number of aspects of the event to deliver even more to our membership community.
Brand-New Venue. We’re shifting to a new hotel this year—the stylish Aloft Boston Seaport, located in Boston’s historic Seaport District. Conference-goers will enjoy the Aloft’s chic décor and comfortable surroundings while those staying overnight will enjoy well-appointed accommodations. Make a weekend of it—book your room now.
Extended Networking. Making connections and building relationships is important to you. That’s why we shifted this year’s agenda to accommodate extended breaks and meal times. We’re also bringing back our much-loved breakfast roundtables. With ample opportunities to meet and greet, you’ll be sure to learn as much outside the session rooms as you do inside.
Intimate Discussions. Speaking of sessions, members often tell us how much they enjoy our conference keynotes as well as the more-intimate break-outs we offer. This year’s conference includes eight smaller SHIFT sessions, led by in-house agency leaders and industry experts. Choose the topics that interest you most then engage others in how shift happens in those areas.
Expanded Celebrations. As if being the premier conference for in-house professionals wasn’t enough, our two-day soirée includes the popular IHAF Awards Show the evening of November 9 and a celebratory luncheon the following day where we’ll crown the 2018 In-House Agency of the Year. IHAF brings the party—all you need to bring is youself!
Whether you’re new to the community or an IHAF conference pro, we look forward to welcoming you to Boston next month. If you’re not yet confirmed, tickets are still available—though we’re expecting another sold-out year, so be sure to register soon!
