Mike Aaron

Executive Producer, Daughter Productions

Michael has been solving creative challenges for almost 20 years. After breaking into the business and spending eight years at Fallon, he was invited to rejoin several of his former creatives at Mother, where he spent the next 10 years as Head of Integrated Production. Michael left traditional agency life in 2018 to help develop a new model for creative services, ultimately launching Daughter. Throughout his career as a producer, Michael has led a variety of efforts across broadcast, print, digital, experiential, post-production and in-house production/studio services. He has executed creative for Super Bowl spots, episodic video content, video games, sweepstakes, animations, PR stunts, live events and even a self-destructing book.


Abdul Ali

Lead Designer, PA Consulting Group

Abdul is a multidisciplinary, London-based creative, focused on experience and brand design. With over 15 years of industry experience across various sectors from design agencies to in-house studios to freelance, Abdul has managed teams and projects from inception to delivery. Among his strengths is an ability to cultivate collaborative relationships with clients and colleagues, communicating with clarity and personality to find the client’s design voice and speak to their audience visually in memorable ways. Abdul is passionate about designing elegant user experiences, using systems thinking and human-centered design as sources of inspiration to solve complex problems.


Kelly Chmielewski

Brand Innovator + Founder, The Possibility Shop

Kelly is an EMMY® award-winning brand strategist, creative leader and innovation expert, passionate about the infinite possibilities that emerge from the intersection of customer empathy, authentic storytelling and strategic design. Kelly collaborates with client teams to turn brand purpose into meaningful customer experiences and creative campaigns that drive measurable success. Previously, Kelly was Vice President of the PBS Creative Lab—the in-house agency for the nation's #5 most-watched media brand, delivering best-in-class creative that earned double-digit brand engagement and widespread industry recognition. She also serves as a pro bono strategist for the Taproot Foundation and is on the planning team for TEDxMidAtlantic.


Simon Clancy

AVP, Creative Director, Canadian Tire Corporation

Simon is an award-winning creative leader with over 20 years’ experience creating services and stories for some of the world’s largest brands. An Australian who has worked for agencies in Australia (Clemenger BBDO), the Netherlands (AKQA) and the United Kingdom (Glue Isobar), Simon now lives in Canada, where he has also worked for leading agencies (Huge & Cossette). In this, his first role within an internal agency, Simon leads Canadian Tire’s multi-disciplinary Content & Creative team in support of Canadian Tire Retail, Sport Chek, and Mark’s. He specializes in strategic and integrated approaches to building brands through design and storytelling.


Nate Jenkins

Senior Manager, Production, American Academy of Dermatology

Nate is a seasoned creative services professional with 25 years of experience. He has been with the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD) for over 13 years, currently overseeing vendor bidding and selection, print production, promotional items, the AAD fulfillment center and project budgets. Nate also works with the creative and production teams internally to develop schedules and manage client expectations for projects produced by Creative Services. Nate is a huge sports fan and follows the Chicago Bears and Cubs religiously. He also enjoys traveling with his family to Martha’s Vineyard.


Greta Mantooth

Design Director, Indeed

Before joining Indeed’s in-house team, Greta made the agency rounds with design roles at Crispin, Porter & Bogusky, Ogilvy & Mather and Deutsch. She has sampled moonshine in Louisville, art directed Legos in LA and sculpted mozzarella typography in Boulder, all in the name of great creative (for Angel’s Envy Bourbon, Target and Domino’s, respectively). When she’s not busy crafting big-brand stories, Greta is a creative helper to organizations she believes in, including Dress for Success, the LA Children’s Institute and (currently) the Austin Young Women’s Alliance. She’s happy at home in Texas with her family, a very spoiled shelter dog and a lot of breakfast tacos.


Kathryn Ronan

Manager, Creative Services, NextEra Energy

Kathy serves as creative director for in-house creative services team at NextEra Energy—the largest producer of wind and solar energy in the world. As manager for NextEra’s visual and creative initiatives, she is responsible for brand development and oversight for both fleet and workforce at an enterprise level, as well as environmental design for solar, wind, battery storage, corporate facilities and more. With two decades of her 30+-year design career spent leading in-house teams, Kathy underscores the value of being “on the inside” by offering a unique perspective to her clients. One-part strategic thinker, two parts creative, she is recognized for consistently delivering the unexpected.


Brooks Stevenson

AVP, Digital & Creative Solutions, Intermountain Healthcare

Brooks oversees Intermountain’s web presence, social media and digital marketing, media relations, and creative solutions (design, video, copywriting and events). His experience in strategy, implementation and creative allow him to integrate traditional and digital practices, providing greater impact and engagement for internal and external audiences alike. He has worked for Intermountain Healthcare for nearly 20 years in various marketing and communications positions. In addition to being known for building creative teams that are fun, funny, effective and influential, Brooks teaches others to do the same—serving as an adjunct professor at Weber State University.


John Vetter

Vice President, Creative Services, AT&T

As leader of AT&T's award-winning in-house agency, John oversees six highly specialized creative groups and all facets of the company’s full-service ad agency. Having built the organization from the ground up, John identifies, mentors and steers a team of devoted creative leaders that oversee design, advertising, branded and strategic communications for AT&T. Creating an environment where creative people and creating thinking thrive, his team is comprised of a diverse group of people with specialized skillsets that collectively impact bottom-line growth. Dave Weinberg

Senior Solutions Consultant, Adobe

Award-winning creative professional, self-proclaimed “vector-geek” and creator of cellphoneSketchpad, Dave also serves as a go-to industry consultant for Adobe. He leads customer-focused initiatives around education, adoption and advancement of Adobe solutions supporting enterprise in-house and external agency creatives. A founding board member and former president of the Maine chapter of AIGA, Dave is an impassioned proponent in advancing the role of design and design thinking within organizations.
