Finally, Some Good News

Don’t be fooled by what’s already felt like the longest year ever. Entry season for the 2020 IHAF Awards just opened, which means we’ll soon meet again to toast the winners. Will your in-house agency take the stage when we celebrate?

If you’ve never been to the IHAF Conference & Awards or just can’t wait until November 10-11 for the big event, here’s what you can expect when the competition heats up.

IHAF Conference & Awards

This annual milestone brings national advertisers to Boston for two days of inspiring speakers, skill-building sessions, and bumping elbows in Title Town. As the landmark event for in-house agencies, the IHAF Conference & Awards also celebrates team performance and creativity with two distinct award types: In-House Agency of the Year and In-House Creativity Awards.

In-House Agency of the Year

High-performance internal teams who pull their organizations forward are prime candidates for the In-House Agency of the Year Award. If yours built strong client partnerships to make a positive impact last year, consider nominating them by the August 31 deadline.

Your team is an in-house powerhouse—we bet your internal partners think so, too. That’s why, for the first time ever, nominations for this year's award include a client testimonial to enhance your crew’s success story. 

And, here’s more good news. Along with team performance, creativity is a prized skill within the IHAF community—that’s why we celebrate it in style.

In-House Creativity Awards

Nothing gets internal creators fired up like our In-House Creativity Awards. Teams of all sizes submit breathtaking work to compete across a range of print and digital categories.

The entry classes span everything from time-tested media such as Print Ads and B2B Mailers to up-and-comers like Digital OOH. And, of course there’s the fan favorite: Stuff the Client Didn’t Pick. More work will be entered and displayed digitally this year, though certain categories, like Product Packaging, remain physical.

The top entries earn Honorable Mention, Silver, and Gold awards for your squad with one outstanding piece landing the Best of Show title. You can explore our Entry Details here and we welcome you to submit your best work by the extended July 24 deadline. It could earn acclaim from the entire IHAF community!
