Everyone needs a sense of purpose. Purpose provides direction. It helps us prioritize. And it brings much-needed meaning to daily tasks.
For in-house agencies, purpose is especially important because it helps us stay focused on the type of work we should be doing as opposed to being sidetracked by one-off requests that exhaust overtaxed resources and reduce precious time.
Ultimately, the goal is alignment around a common purpose that truly matters to your team. If you can get there, people won’t just work hard because they have to, they’ll work hard because they believe in what they’re doing and because they’re working alongside others who believe in it, too.
