Jeanette Cutler
Vice President, Global Brand Experience & Capability, Beam Suntory
Recognized as a collaborative leader who inspires teams to think in new ways, Jeanette heads the capability group responsible for brand building and the development of integrated, global brand experiences. The team includes brand education, brand excellence and the in-house agency, Proof. Together, their aim is to inspire the organization in building the most-admired spirit brands in their respective categories. With both agency and client-side experience, Jeanette’s expertise spans CPG, emerging brands, luxury, QSR, and multi-cultural—advancing distinctive strategies and creative platforms that grow global brands.
Emily Foster
Director, IHAF
Emily is responsible to advance the premier professional membership association for internal agencies—leading the IHAF program team in the delivery of benefits and thought leadership content to nearly 300 member companies. Emily is dedicated to cultivating the IHAF community to enhance the influence and impact of corporate advertising and creative services organizations. Prior to her current role, Emily was Program Manager and then Associate Director with IHAF, facilitating targeted research, member events and networking among the in-house community.
Meghan McDonnell
President, Pile and Company
Meghan joined Pile and Company in 1999 as a junior consultant, rising to lead the company in December 2016. Meghan’s tenure in the ever-changing marketing and advertising space has made her an invaluable asset to Pile’s clients. Her deep knowledge of and perspective on the external agency landscape and client/agency best practices are why clients initially select and frequently return to Pile. She has worked with hundreds of marketing organizations and agencies, spanning all industries and disciplines, in an effort to establish more-valuable, productive, successful partnerships.
Stacie J. Newton
Assistant Vice President, Marketing & Public Relations, RWJBarnabas Health
As part of RWJBarnabas Health, Stacie oversees PR and communications for Jersey City Medical Center, the leading provider of healthcare in Hudson County. She also leads marketing and communications for the health system’s effort to end systemic racism, Ending Racism Together. Before RWJBarnabas, Stacie was Interim Executive Director of Public Affairs, Director of Marketing Communications and Special Assistant to the Board of Directors at University Hospital in Newark. As an Adjunct Professor of English, Stacie has lectured junior college students in public speaking. As a public affairs consultant, she’s helped establish strategic partnerships with community agencies to develop sustainable initiatives for addressing public policy within greater Newark.
Vanessa Norris
VP, GM Loblaw Agency, Loblaw Companies Limited
Vanessa is responsible for running the Loblaw Agency, the internal agency at Loblaw Companies Limited, supporting some of Canada’s favourite retail brands including President’s Choice, No Name, Shoppers Drug Mart, Loblaws Supermarkets, Provigo, Maxi, No Frills, and Real Canadian Superstore. Vanessa is proud to be “the able” at Loblaw, directing the company’s efforts to eliminate barriers for people with disabilities while co-leading marketing’s DEI committee. Prior to her current role, Vanessa held various positions within Loblaw Companies Limited including retail brand marketing, marketing services, event marketing and flyer programs.
Mick O'Brien
Executive Director, Creative Operations, CVS Health
Mick leads creative operations at Heart Haus, the internal agency for CVS Health. Prior to his current position, Mick led the in-house agency at Bose for 11 years. Before that, he held creative director positions at agencies in Boston and Paris including Havas, Publicis and Digitas. A copywriter by trade, Mick’s work has been recognized at award shows including Cannes Lions, The Clios, One Show, Communication Art and Effies. He was also named an Adweek Creative All-Star. Mick lives in the Boston area, where he continues to pursue his rock-and-roll dreams, playing in a cover band at local bars—most with questionable clientele.
Jack Teuber
Creative Leader, PwC
Head of IHAF’s 2021 In-House Agency of the Year, Jack is a creative and digital specialist with over 30 years’ experience in the professional services, B2B and publishing industries. At PwC, Jack leads the award-winning in-house creative agency—a virtual team of 115 design, video, interactive, digital, and experiential professionals who not only span every US time zone but work seamlessly with creative and technical suppliers around the globe. Jack has been at the forefront of digital at PwC since 1995. His strong and abiding passion for content coupled with his ability to connect powerful messages with specific audiences help drive his team’s creative success.
Peter Viento
Director, Head of Creative, Citi Global Marketing
Peter built and leads Citi’s first in-house agency—a team formed to reduce the company’s dependence on external agency spend. Peter joined Citi from Grey Global Group NY where he was Global Executive Creative Director for P&G brands including Gillette and Venus. He also served on Grey’s NA and Global Creative Council and WPP/P&G Global Creative Council. Prior to Grey, Peter was EVP Chief Creative Officer of Omnicom agencies Colangelo and Alcone. Previously, he was Executive Creative Director/Managing Director at Saatchi & Saatchi X NY and SVP Creative Director at Ogilvy & Mather.
