Patti co-leads the in-house agency at Cisco, a networking, cloud, and security solutions company that helps customers transform their businesses with the goal of powering an inclusive future for all. Patti spent most of her advertising career on the external agency side, working in account management on some of the world’s most recognizable brands. Cisco is Patti’s first client-side role, responsible for brand and brand content strategy in addition to leading Cisco’s in-house broadcast team (Cisco TV) and in-house creative agency (The Hatch). Emily is responsible to advance the premier professional membership association for internal agencies—leading the IHAF program team in the delivery of benefits and thought leadership content to nearly 300 member companies. Emily is dedicated to cultivating the IHAF community to enhance the influence and impact of corporate advertising and creative services organizations. Prior to her current position, Emily was Program Manager and then Associate Director with IHAF, facilitating targeted research, member events and networking among the in-house community.

Previously, he led communications and advertising at Fidelity Investments where he developed the firm’s in-house agency into a full-scale, digital-first operation. He was also responsible for Fidelity’s PR and executive communications teams. Prior to that, Bill worked for consumer product advertisers such as Procter & Gamble and Bristol-Myers Squibb, spending much of his early career working in Mexico, Japan and Hong Kong. Recently, he and his wife published a book of their crazy Christmas letters, Another Interesting Year, which reached #4 on Amazon’s humor books best-sellers list.
