Lynda Batchelor

Senior Director, Marketing, HIMSS

Lynda is a global advisor and thought leader supporting the transformation of the health ecosystem through information and technology. Known for her creativity, eye for detail and team spirit, she leads strategic marketing planning, development and execution for HIMSS’s global initiatives including overseeing marketing activities for one of the 10 largest health conferences in the world. Under her direction, HIMSS brand visibility has increased with the organization positioned as a global influencer of health transformation. During her tenure, Lynda has led tremendous growth in membership, event attendance, networking, partnerships, advocacy and audience engagement.


Patti Cocciolo

Senior Director, Global Brand Marketing, Cisco Systems, Inc.

Patti co-leads the in-house agency at Cisco, a networking, cloud, and security solutions company that helps customers transform their businesses with the goal of powering an inclusive future for all. Patti spent most of her advertising career on the external agency side, working in account management on some of the world’s most recognizable brands. Cisco is Patti’s first client-side role, responsible for brand and brand content strategy in addition to leading Cisco’s in-house broadcast team (Cisco TV) and in-house creative agency (The Hatch). The Hatch was named IHAF’s 2020 In-House Agency of the Year and the ANA’s 2020 B2B In-House Agency of the Year.


Emily Foster

Director, IHAF

Emily is responsible to advance the premier professional membership association for internal agencies—leading the IHAF program team in the delivery of benefits and thought leadership content to nearly 300 member companies. Emily is dedicated to cultivating the IHAF community to enhance the influence and impact of corporate advertising and creative services organizations. Prior to her current position, Emily was Program Manager and then Associate Director with IHAF, facilitating targeted research, member events and networking among the in-house community.


William Fox

VP, Head of Brand, Empower Retirement

With over 30 years of brand, advertising, agency management and UI/UX design experience, Bill joined Empower Retirement in 2018. Previously, he led communications and advertising at Fidelity Investments where he developed the firm’s in-house agency into a full-scale, digital-first operation. He was also responsible for Fidelity’s PR and executive communications teams. Prior to that, Bill worked for consumer product advertisers such as Procter & Gamble and Bristol-Myers Squibb, spending much of his early career working in Mexico, Japan and Hong Kong. Bill maintains FINRA Series 7 and 24 securities credentials. Recently, he and his wife published a book of their crazy Christmas letters, Another Interesting Year, which reached #4 on Amazon’s humor books best-sellers list.


Meghan McDonnell

President, Pile and Company

Meghan joined Pile and Company in 1999 as a junior consultant and became President in December 2016. Meghan’s tenure in the ever-changing marketing and advertising space has made her an invaluable asset to our clients. Her deep knowledge of and perspective on the agency landscape and client-agency best practices are why clients choose and return to Pile. She has worked with hundreds of marketing organizations and agencies, spanning all industries and disciplines, in an effort to establish more valuable, productive, successful partnerships.


Clifford Stevens

In his current role at Liberty Mutual, Cliff oversees the in-house creative agency Copper Giants™ which creates over 80% of the company’s consumer-facing work. 


Donovan Stohlberg

Director, Internal Marketing Agency, Securian Financial

Donovan has over 15 years of marketing experience and currently leads the internal creative team at Securian Financial. This 30-member group provides strategic, innovative and creative services and solutions for business initiatives while supporting governance and implementation of the company’s brand strategy. Donovan has also held leadership positions in corporate communications and brand. Prior to joining Securian Financial, Donovan held various marketing and communication positions within the industries of finance (product marketing and channel strategy) and entertainment.
