Emily Foster
Director, IHAF
Emily is responsible to advance the premier professional membership association for internal agencies—leading the IHAF program team in the delivery of benefits and thought leadership content to nearly 300 member companies. Emily is dedicated to cultivating the IHAF community to enhance the influence and impact of corporate advertising and creative services organizations. Prior to her current role, Emily was Program Manager and then Associate Director with IHAF, facilitating targeted research, member events and networking among the in-house community.
Roger Hyde
Adjunct Professor, NYU Tisch Art and Public Policy
When Roger joined DIRECTV (now AT&T), he transformed Creative Services into a full-service agency—producing sports, entertainment, revenue and retention campaigns for the nation’s premier satellite provider while implementing a competitive brand strategy. He later added the in-house print group to produce multimedia advertising and bolster subscriber acquisition. For nearly 20 years, Roger led the team at AT&T, including their 2017 win as IHAF’s In-House Agency of the Year. Roger also held a board seat with PromaxBDA for nearly eight years and is an active member of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences. His cumulative body of work has been showcased internationally, garnering over 250 awards.
Kerri Martin
Chief Electrofier, Electro Creative Workshop, The Clorox Company
For over 30 years, Kerri has led innovative, convention-breaking category marketing that’s purpose driven, human centered and technology enabled. She’s launched, developed and reinvigorated some of the world's most iconic and beloved brands like Harley-Davidson, BMW, MINI, Volkswagen, E. & J. Gallo Winery and now, the portfolio of 25+ incredible brands at The Clorox Company—including Burt’s Bees, Kingsford Charcoal, Brita, Clorox, and Hidden Valley Ranch to name a few. The creative work Kerri has championed has received Clios, Addys, Cannes Lions, One Show Pencils, Automotive News Marketer of the Year…and most recently, IHAF’s 2019 In-House Agency of the Year award.
Meghan McDonnell
President, Pile and Company
Meghan joined Pile and Company in 1999 as a junior consultant and became President in December 2016. Meghan’s tenure in the ever-changing marketing and advertising space has made her an invaluable asset to our clients. Her deep knowledge of and perspective on the agency landscape and client-agency best practices are why clients choose and return to Pile. She has worked with hundreds of marketing organizations and agencies, spanning all industries and disciplines, in an effort to establish more valuable, productive, successful partnerships.
Danya Porter
Head of Studio Project Management and Production, Bloomberg
Danya leads production and project management for Bloomberg’s in-house creative agency, Bloomberg Studio. Passionate about developing processes and implementing technology, Dana is focused on ensuring the flawless execution and delivery of over 600 creative projects per month. Her team produces video, motion graphics and digital assets to support marketing plans across assorted brands within Bloomberg LP and Bloomberg Philanthropies. Prior to Bloomberg, Danya was a member of GE’s web marketing team and, before that, a freelance television producer for ESPN. Dayna lives in New York City with her husband and her very energetic 3-year-old son.
Jon Ritt

As a designer, art director and creative director, Jon mixes art and commerce to create stories full of distinction, intrigue and attraction that bring brands to life. As SVP, Design Director at Deutsch LA and at his own company, Jon Ritt Design Co., he reinvigorated established brands and helped new companies come to life by leading teams of designers, writers, art directors and makers of all kinds to deliver heart-winning and award-winning visual and verbal expressions. Today, Jon leads the multi-talented creatives and omnichannel endeavors of Electro while integrating with Clorox’s external agencies to keep their famous brands evolving, engaging and beloved.

Joe leads Agency 123, McDonald’s in-house agency, primarily supporting the corporation and US business through the successful development and delivery of creative strategy and production, meetings and event management, digital production and asset management, and corporate travel services. Since forming the group in 2015, Joe and his team have set out to advance the organization to become a leading in-house agency partner—recognized for championing transformative communication and strategic marketing engagement while delivering creative excellence.
