Michael created and leads Bloomberg LP's digital, creative, brand, and content marketing department, called the Bloomberg Studio - named IHAF’s 2018 In-House Agency of the Year. Since joining Bloomberg in 2011, he has been focused on uniquely blending content, design and technology to deliver information and utility through compelling marketing programs across online and offline channels and for audiences around the world. Prior to joining Bloomberg, Michael held multiple roles in GE's corporate technology division, including running GE's global web presence.
Emily is responsible to advance the premier professional membership association for internal agencies—leading the IHAF program team in the delivery of benefits and thought leadership content to over 250 member companies. Emily is dedicated to cultivating the IHAF community to enhance the influence and impact of corporate advertising and creative services organizations. Prior to her current role, Emily was Program Manager and then Associate Director with IHAF, facilitating targeted research, member events and networking among the in-house community.
Head of Marketing Operations, Transamerica
As the Head of Marketing Operations for Transamerica, Barb leads a team of 40 marketing professionals overseeing workflow process, agency management, campaign development, creative services, and marketing technology. She has a passion for identifying ways to optimize productivity and gain efficiencies through technology without limiting the creative process required to be an effective partner. With her previous experience developing omni-channel marketing strategies and brand campaigns, she challenges her team to focus on continuous improvement and identifying ways to help business partners achieve results. Prior to joining Transamerica, Barb held senior leadership positions across multiple marketing disciplines at Cricket Communications, First Data, CSG Systems and Lucent Technologies. Barb graduated from Miami University with a bachelor’s degree in business with a major in marketing. In her spare time she enjoys Pilates, travelling internationally and hiking the beautiful Rocky Mountains.

Brooks is the Assistant Vice President of Digital and Creative Solutions for Intermountain Healthcare. His role includes oversight of Intermountain’s internal and external web presence, social media and digital marketing, media relations, and creative solutions (design, video, copywriting and events). His experience in strategy, implementation, and creative solutions allow him to integrate the traditional and digital practices together, providing greater impact and engagement among audiences. He’s worked for Intermountain Healthcare for the past 17 years in various marketing and communications positions. Brooks graduated from Weber State University with a bachelor’s degree in public relations and advertising, and a master’s degree in professional communication, and teaches undergraduate courses at his alma mater. He enjoys cycling, soccer, Formula 1 racing, being outdoors, and spending time with his wife and three children.
