Over the last decade, there has been a groundswell in the development and use of behavioral sciences outside of academia and the laboratory. The ability to reliably understand, predict and influence what people will do represents a powerful tool in any sort of human interaction. In this session, we examine how applied behavioral science can be leveraged within design, communications, and marketing groups and what such an integrative approach can achieve, with case studies from the IMF and other organizations to illustrate what success looks like.
