Our 2022 conference, Uncensored, explores the realities in-house agencies face every day—from strategic planning to multicultural marketing to launching agile pods. Attendees will enjoy a host of candid keynotes, focused breakouts, and camaraderie with straight-talking peers.
The IHAF Conference & Awards is the premier event for marketing and creative insiders to network, learn and grow together. Flanked by the two-day conference is our ever-popular awards show—an evening affair that celebrates creativity across 39 print and digital categories.

The wellbeing of our event attendees is of paramount importance. As such, safety protocol for our in-person gathering will abide by guidelines issued by the CDC, in compliance with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Specific protocol will be publicized on our website and issued to all registered attendees in advance of the event. If the in-person event is cancelled for any reason, tickets will be converted to virtual registration with the remaining balance refunded to the payee by IHAF.
