Session Overview

Member Meetups make it easy to connect with fellow IHAF members. These informal, one-hour video calls happen monthly and bring together in-house professionals who are eager to connect, share, and learn from one another.

This extended session focuses on the partnership side of Account Management—how to build trust, foster collaboration, and strengthen relationships with both clients and creative team members. We’ll look at the behaviors and communication practices that promote accountability, reduce friction, and create shared ownership across functions, along with the real-world challenges that can make or break those partnerships.
