Network, Share, Learn—Join IHAF.

The best part of my job is helping to grow the IHAF community—which makes sense since my focus as IHAF’s Business Development Manager is to welcome new members into the fold. In the six short months since joining the team, I’ve had the opportunity to connect with members and hear firsthand about the tremendous value they get out of IHAF.

The opportunity to network, share and learn from likeminded peers is something our members take advantage of every day. And because the resources that IHAF provides support all in-house agency functions, there’s something for everyone—from instructional webinars and industry insights to creative brief templates and awards shows.

Throughout the year, IHAF also gathers information on in-house agency staffing models, project pricing, employee compensation, and a whole lot more. Our research library affords exclusive access to data that enables in-house leaders to benchmark their operations against others—data that can be used to understand how other in-house agencies are organized, how they are compensated, what systems they use, and so on. Members tell me this is one of the best and most unique benefits we offer—and it’s only available through IHAF.

Our Member Exchange is another reason people join our community. Whether you’re evaluating digital asset management systems, streamlining workflow processes, or bringing media-buying in house, IHAF members have access to a global network of in-house professionals who are happy to make referrals and recommendations. With over 130 member companies (and more joining every week), there’s someone who has walked in your shoes. IHAF provides the network—all you need to do is raise your hand. We’ll even we’ll help you make the connection.

There are so many reasons to join IHAF and so many opportunities for you to take advantage of as 2014 unfolds. For the full suite of benefits, visit our website. And feel free to contact me if you have questions or if you’d like to speak with a member and hear first-hand what their experience has been.

Come for the content—stay for the community. Become a member of IHAF today.
