Inspiring a Purpose-Driven Creative Culture

Meet Darren Abbott, Senior VP of Creative at Hallmark Cards—the latest pacesetter we’re pleased to welcome to our roster of speakers for this year’s IHAF Conference & Awards, where we’ll explore the strategies and skills in-house agencies need to future proof their organizations.

In Darren’s keynote, entitled Inspiring a Purpose-Driven Creative Culture, we’ll hear how the agency at Hallmark defined its core purpose and the enterprise-wide commitment to artistic exploration that ensued as a result. With innovative initiatives like the Hallmark Creative Leadership Symposium and #My5Days as a backdrop, Darren will reveal why their purpose-driven creative culture has become an industry hallmark and one to which we all might aspire.

Of course, Darren is one of many experts we’re pleased to have joining us in November. In addition to our keynote presentations, this year’s conference includes a series of Skills Labs that are designed to impart key competencies to those working in house, bolstering their readiness and resilience in the future.
